Vulcan 40 Gallon Stainless Steel Tilting Direct Steam 2/3 Jacketed Kettle Model # VDMT40 Some Great Features: Tilting direct steam 2/3 jacketed Kettle Module in cabinet base Direct connected steam kettle. All welded type 304 stainless steel kettle. Kettle is 2/3 jacketed and the bottom is hemispheric design. Type 316 stainless steel liner - 40 gallons only. Kettle tilts at 90 degrees to empty into the stainless steel food receiving pan support.  Fast boil/30 minutes lbs/hr is 96, kg/hr is 44. medium boil at 45 minutes is 64 lbs/hr or 29 kg/hr.,  Or for a stock boil at 60 minutes it is 48 lbs/hour or 22 kg/hr. 152 liters is 40 gallons, at 4 oz. servings is 1280. NSF approves, UL.  Meets ASME code. Exterior Dimensions: 36" wide, 48" depth, 42" tall. approx.    Requires: 120 volt, 60 hz, 1 phase power supply and direct steam.
