Up for sale is a used electric Vulcan convection oven. She works like a champ and got our bakery through it's first year, but now it's time to upgrade to a double oven. So, she's been pushed aside, and as sad as we are to see her go (her name is Bessey, if you're wondering) it's time for her to (hopefully) help get another small business up and going. Model number: ET-8-SMT Serial number: 821 16658 Volts: 240 Amp: 4.5 Kilowatts: 12.5 UL Inside dimensions: 28.5"W x 21" Deep x 20" Tall Approximate outside dimensions: 41" x 38" x 28" (not including stand, which is included) **Currently set up for single phase but can be converted to 3 phase** But, don't just judge her by her figures, she is a workhorse! Her gaskets are in great condition (better than the ones on the double oven we just got!) and while sometimes she can get a little noisy, we've never had any issues with her whatsoever. She comes with a printed out manual, three racks (see pictures), the stand that she is on in the pictures, and a decent amount of free bread flour that has stuck to her backside. We might be able to clean that last part up before you show up though ;) What's the catch?!?!?! There really isn't one, the only thing we wish we could do is turn her on to show you how well she works, but she has to be hardwired in, and her replacement has already been hooked up. But trust us, she works, that's how we were able to get to the point where we could upgrade to a double oven, because she worked so well!
