Vulcan Medium Duty 36" Commercial Gas Hot Plate Ideal for stock pots and large pans, the Vulcan Medium Duty 36" Commercial Gas Hot Plate (VCRH36-1) adds cooking capacity to your kitchen. Made with a heavy duty welded frame, cast iron burners, and adjustable legs this high end hot plate maximizes space while offering powerful heating options. Six 25,000-BTU open burners are each adjusted by an infinite heat control valves.
