Vulcan 40 Gallon Electric Floor Jacketed Tilt Kettle Model VELT40 Electric, self-contained, stainless steel, 2 /3 jacketed floor mounted tilting steam kettle. Fully welded hemispheric bottom kettle with type 304 stainless steel jacket and lining (316 stainless steel liner, 20, 30 & 40 gallon). Jacket tested to 50 psi (3.4 kg/cm2 ). Stainless steel enclosure for self locking tilt mechanism. Kettle tilts forward 90° to completely empty. Tubular stainless steel legs with flanged feet. Controls enclosed in stainless steel housing include a power switch, thermostat, power "on" light, vacuum/pressure gauge, pressure relief valve and low water signal light.
