For sale is a Vulcan VFB12 flash bake oven. I purchased this during a restaurant auction a few years ago when I was planning on opening a cafe section of my business. Plans changed, I'm now a university student, and it's time to sell some things I'll likely never use. Although this was a working unit at purchase, I have no way of testing it since I don't have 3 phase AC power at my house and I'm mostly interested in making space as opposed to getting whatever it may be worth. Because of that, it's listed as-is, with no guarantee as to its operation. Also, there is a cracked glass window that acts as a splash guard for the bulbs inside the unit. I imagine that will need to be replaced before putting this back into use, but it was that way when I bought it so who knows. I have no idea how to ship something this heavy or calculate the costs with any accuracy, so I'm listing this for local pick-up only. If someone is interested who is far from the Houston, TX area and is willing to take care of the shipping for me by having a service come get the oven or something, I'll work with you. Otherwise, I have no good way of transporting this to a shipping facility like a UPS or FEDEX office. Thanks for browsing my listing and I hope this ends up being useful for someone, if only for scrap metal. There's probably a good bit of copper in the machine.
