 Excellent condition Vulcan steamer for quick and easy vegetable cooking, making rice, cooking pasta, scrambled eggs, cooking shrimp & other seafood, cooking and heating meats, reheating, rapid defrost and much more! These ovens are great workhorses that make life in the kitchen easier. This unit is shown on a rolling cart for ease of movement, the cart is not included with this listing. These units typically sit directly on the counter, although you can elevate them with standard threaded 3/8" equipment legs if you prefer. I also have a base cabinet from a vsx7 Vulcan steamer that would fit this unit perfectly since they are the same basic steamer. Check my other listings. This unit was acquired very clean, but needed a new ready light and a new water valve solenoid. The boiler tank was also descaled and cleaned. the door seals are nice and tight. Everything else tested perfectly and we ran this unit through numerous test cycles. Shipping is a flat rate freight cost of $225. Dimensions: 24" wide, 15" tall, 29" deep. Comes with owners manual. You will be very pleased with this excellent steamer oven.
