The heat indicator light turns on but the stir indicator light does not. Turning the heat knob will cause the plate to become really hot. When the stir knob is turned, we can hear the internal mechanism respond but unit does not stir. Unit Dimensions (L" x W" x H"): 9 1/2 x 8 1/8 x 4 3/4 approx.
