The large top plate with position indicators provides a white reflective surface and the low profile design takes up less space and easily fits into most incubators. The one-position stirrers feature an aluminum top plate; the four-position and the 10L stirrers feature a glass-filled nylon top plate. Model 655 standard stirrers include a basic speed control knob with dial markings. The Model 755 advanced stirrers feature an LED display for speed that is adjustable in 1rpm increments. A built-in timer displays elapsed time or counts to zero and shuts off unit when programmed to user-defined limit. Audible alarm sounds when time reaches zero.
