I will combine shipping I start bidding low and like the traditional eBay process, it's an auction folks not a store. 1) What is the return policy? 1A) If a significant, OBJECTIVE, error was made on my part, I will make complete restitution. Any differences in SUBJECTIVE opinion will be considered, but ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS If insurance is NOT purchased, there is NO buyer protection. In addition, small, typographical errors are not grounds for a return. Everything is done to provide pictures, accurate descriptions, and listings free from errors. 2) Are shipping costs combined/reduced on multiple auction wins? 2A) Yes, however the combined S/H rates are at my discretion. Periodically, Ebay's automated invoice calculations are a bit off. After auctions end, I manually adjust multiple invoices. I do everything possible to help customers and do not profit from extra charges or fees. 3) What is your feedback policy? 3A) I have taken the position, both when I buy/sell, that the buyer should leave feedback first. As a seller, I will not leave feedback until the buyer does. Although there are many differing opinions about feedback, this is the course I have elected to take. 4) Do you ship outside of the United States? 4A) Not always but most of the time. The international S/H charges should be incorporated into the listing. If there is an issue with this, simply contact me. 5) Is the picture of the actual item being auctioned? 5A)Yes the picture is the actual item. 6) What is the time frame for making payment? 6A) Invoices are sent immediately following auctions. Automated invoice reminders are sent on the 2nd and 3rd day after an auction ends. I generally follow Ebay's policy for non-paying bidders. If payment is not made within 7 days, an Unpaid Item Dispute is opened. The key is to communicate, I do my part and I hope that you reciprocate. Notify me about your situation and intentions.
