VWR / Sheldon Manufacturing Model 1535 General Purpose Incubator, 115V / 4.5A / 600W with Interior 1A Outlet Seller's Description: Offered is a VWR (Sheldon Manufacturing) Model 1535 General Purpose Incubator in fine working and cosmetic condition. This incubator operates from + 5°C above ambient temperature up to 70°C; uniformity is +0.25°@ 37°C and stability is +0.1°C per manufacturers specification. The shorter height dimension of this unit (32"), may make it possible for under-counter placement if desired. This is a sealed-chamber gravity convection incubator that regulates temperature via a mechanical (fan driven) warm-air jacket. It is great for laboratory tasks requiring above-ambient temperature control of samples in an aerobic environ. A digital up/down keypad is used to set target temperature and an analog dial to set over-temperature limit; the actual temperature is displayed digitally to 0.1 °C. The interior electrical outlet gives the ability to add a lab rotator or shaker or light for samples; a glass door inside the exterior insulated/heated door allows visibility without immediate temperature drop off. This units interior and shelves are highly polished stainless steel in good condition with minor scratches to the shelves from use. It has two adjustable shelves included (8 shelf brackets). The door seal gaskets are in very good condition and the interior is free from rust. The exterior is in very good condition with minor dulling of the paint on the top and sides. Overall it presents very well.
