We have 350 VXI headsets and a lot of them have been in use for three or four years. We've had Plantronics and other competitive products in here but the agents prefer VXI. They fit well and they wear them for long periods of time without complaint so you know they must be comfortable. We get what we need, when we need it and Set Tracker, VXI's Web Site product tracking system, keeps us informed as to our headset status at all times.
