The cost per cut is lower when using electric-hydraulic equipment than it is when using alternative cutting techniques, plus the operator is not exposed to noise or flying sparks. These rebar cutters offer clean and quick cuts for applications with different rebar diameters bringing versatility and high productivity to any job site. These durable machines have been designed to withstand extreme loads. Unique design makes them ideal for many applications on job sites where portability and flexibility are necessary. Equipment size (LxHxW) 16.5" x 9.1" x 4.3" Weight 22 Lbs Rebar grade 75 Rebar Size 0.8 This unit is missing a screw, which looks like the oil retaining screw.  As when you tip the unit, a little bit of oiil ran out of the hole.  I plugged it in and it does power on. Motor sounds good, but the part that is supposed to move  to cut the rebar does not move. I'm guessing this is due to lack of oil.  I don't know. I don't know what kind of oil to put in it.  The handle looks like it was repaired towards the back of the machine.  These sell for $1400 new. I am listing it for parts or not working for a buy it now of $699.99.
