About this item Specialized Round Four Position Temp-Plate Irreversible temperature labels from Wahl Instruments, Inc. are designed for monitoring overheat conditions directly on the surface of integrated circuits during wafer fabrication. Temperature "position" turns permanently and irreversibly black when the indicated temperature is reached for a permanent record of overheat. Response time is less than 1 second when measured in water. The amber colored Kapton material is reverse printed for use in vacuum chambers, designed to withstand exposure to high heat, vacuums, and corrosive gases when used in the demanding semiconductor industry. Pressure sensitive adhesive backing is rated to 500°F on smooth, clean, dry surfaces. When properly installed, labels are resistant to solvents, fuels, grease, oil, water, and steam. Wahl Temp-Plates have a two year minimum shelf life when stored in their original container at an ambient temperature of 60 to 80°F and a relative humidity of 50%. NIST Traceable labels have a lot code on each bag; accuracy calibration records are on file at Wahl. Round Label is .56" Diameter x .013" Thick (14mm Diameter x .330mm Thick). One Year Warranty. Sold in bags of 10 labels. Made in the USA.
