These items fall under different categories. Some items are in good shape when we receive them and require minimal cleaning and no refurbishing. Other items require dismantling and replacement of parts in addition to painting and refinishing. We always try to describe our items as best as possible, but in some cases, certain observations may be overlooked due to the amount of volume we sell. We encourage our clients to contact us before buying an item to ask as many questions as possible. An example of this may be that an item may be missing a part that is not shown in the photos. Please do not assume that the item comes with the part if it is not shown. An item may be discontinued or outdated and the factory/manufacturer may have updated that particular model. If no current specs or information is available, we will match it to the closest product. Products listed as "Tested & Working" or in working condition are exactly that. Something like a light bulb not working or a timer bell not functioning does not affect the working condition of an item and these things may occur. New items are drop shipped from the factory / manufacturer / distributor and they have very strict rules about accepting a used product. They have trained people that will know if it has been used. In some cases, they will allow a return but will charge a restocking fee 30% or more.   SHIPPING INFORMATION Every item we ship is packaged with care to ensure reliable transportation to your doorstep. Shipping and handling costs are to be paid by the buyer of each item. Our shipping quotes are based on a commercial delivery. Please do not assume how much an item will cost to ship to you. Most items require freight; NOT FedEx, UPS, or USPS. There is a crating fee and a crating process, the item must travel hundreds to thousands of miles, and many factors go into the price of shipping. You may call or email us and we will walk you through the process and answer all of your questions. We pass our discount along to our clients. With the sheer volume of freight we ship annually, we receive a much higher discounted rate on shipping than your average non-commercial seller. This means that the price we receive from the freight companies and pass on to you is much cheaper than setting up your own shipment. You may arrange your own shipping we will prep for shipping for a fee of $40 per standard pallet and $80 for an oversized pallet. BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY: It is the buyer’s responsibility to email us contact name, phone number and shipping address immediately after purchasing the item. Failure to do so could result in $75 re-consignment fee with the freight carrier. Invoices will be sent out promptly through eBay for easy payment and speedy shipping! Accurate shipping destinations and information must be provided by the buyer! Local pick-ups are available for all of our eBay listings. Michigan residents and warehouse pick-ups are subject to and must be charged 6% MI sales tax. For proper shipping quotes and charges please include with your shipping address if it is a commercial or residential delivery location and if a lift gate is needed! SHIPPING PRACTICES: If you are having your item shipped to a residence, please let us know as freight companies charge a separate residential delivery fee. If you are running a business out of your home, you are still classified as a residence. Freight is generally bulky and heavy. This means that it must be lowered to the ground from the truck, which is usually 3-5 feet off of the ground. If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift at your delivery site, you will need to use the truck's lift gate to lower the item to the ground. Freight companies charge a separate fee for this service so please let us know if you do or do not require a lift gate on delivery. INSIDE DELIVERY: Freight Companies will not bring your item(s) inside your building. Freight deliveries are curbside only. You must have the tools and man power to uncrate your item and bring it inside. The driver is not required to provide any tools or assistance. SHIPPING DAMAGES: We will not be responsible for freight damages after the merchandise leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately, shipping damage is an issue among the freight industry. Even though we crate, palletize, and use protective materials on our items, we sometimes cannot control mishandling or damages that may occur while in transit. We specifically include a large shipping sticker that asks the buyer to examine the freight before accepting it. If there is any damage, it must be indicated on the “BILL OF LADING” that the driver gives you to sign. If you do not examine the merchandise and you still sign for it, we will not be able to file a claim or hold the shipper responsible. Freight companies are able to deny millions of dollars in damages because items were not inspected at the time of delivery and were not marked as "DAMAGED" on the bill of lading. If your item has been crated, please expect to uncrate it and inspect it before the driver has left and before you sign for it. A driver is obligated to wait.
