This natural gas fryer was not used on a daily basis, it was set up in a test kitchen and used to cook food to be used with a meal system that kept the food hot while being served to be eaten.  The kitchen was remodeled and this was removed for other equipment that was purchased,  The unit is Twin pan with a patented Infra-red burner system, High performance fast recovery, 13L oil capacity, stainless steel exterior, 32mm (1 1/4) drain valves.  Unit does not need electrical power to operate. This unit appears to have been manufactured in New Zealand.  The gas line with proper gas valve will be part of the purchase as well.   There is a Blue seal fryer filter unit that is being included in the purchase, it is 240 volt unit.  Both units are being sold as is, if you have any questions please contact me and I will answer you as quick as I can.   The unit can be shipped on a pallet to you.

Seller Notes “This fryer was used in a test kitchen with other cooking equipment to market a food delivery system. It was taken out of service to make room for a healthier menu. Both items were in working order when removed. Has been in storage for 6 months”
