Walter Surface Technologies Enduro-Flex 2 in 1 the latest generation of flap disc that is guaranteed to revolutionize metal finishing combines sanding and non-woven flaps for an excellent finish. Enduro-Flex 2 in 1 flap disc will remove TIG welds and finish the surface in just one step, substantially reducing finishing costs. Changing from a sanding disc to a non-woven disc will be a thing of the past for weld blending and surface finishing. Developed for blending light TIG welds, breaking edges, blending and removing surface imperfections, oxidation, discoloration, etc. One Enduro-Flex 2 in 1 disc will do the job of over 20 traditional discs while providing a smooth and consistent surface finish. Sanding flap is a special low heat generating top coat, non-loading and high removal rate. Blendex flap allows operators to achieve a food grade finish. Non-woven material, will not smear or contaminate the workpiece. Tear resistant for longest life. Enduro-Flex 2 in 1 disc is excellent for aluminum. To ensure longest life and best performance, use at optimal speed of 3,300 to 6,000 RPM. Higher pressure will increase removal rate while a lower pressure will improve the surface finish. For best performance, always use at a working angle of 4 degrees to 10 degrees, never use flat.
