I am selling a used 2007 Wanco WTLMB Three-Line Message Sign. For the exact sizes and specification visit this Link. This trailer is located in Arizona. It was used at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. It was rarely in the elevated position, and has never been towed on public roads until it was stored in the pictures. The Good New this trailer was more than $17,000. This Message Board has a Fixed Point Rotating Hydraulic Lift. Operation manual and all programming pass codes are included. 1 Extra High Capacity Solar Panel installed in addition to standard panels Installed by Wanco. 2 Extra Batteries installed as an option from Wanco. Battery Bank contains 6 Batteries. Trailer has transferable Permanent Arizona Registration and Title. Title Transfer fee will be $6 in AZ. This trailer has both a standard 2" Ball tongue and the Utility Lunette Ring tongue. The not so Good 1-18" LED is gone. The missing LED was originally in the upper left corner. To correct this we have switched it out with the lower right corner LED. The sign now operates properly and functions well, with the exception of the loss of the last character. This LED will cost $400 to replace if you have a dealer account. It is $500 if you by a used LED. and it is $800 if you buy a new one. Each LED is designed with an LED Sun Shade Visor. Some of the visors are missing from the LED boards on this trailer. They do not cost much to replace, and the board functions without them, but the legibility of the LEDS could be effective negatively in high sun exposure situations. The new owner may want to consider replacing some of the visors. Estimated repair cost to replace the missing visors is less than $200. Condition: This Trailer was used in the Arizona Sun. The paint has sun fade, but can be waxed out. There are no signs of rust. The batteries are in good condition, age is unknown, and there is some buildup on terminals.
