WARING COMMERCIAL BY CUISINART FP40C FOOD PROCESSOR This listing is for a preowned Model FP40C Food Processor from Waring by Cuisinart.  It was sold at auction by the retiring Owner of a small town Restaurant.  I have no personal knowledge about the item or familiarity with it's use. Therefore, I am offering it "as is" and will do my best to describe what I see.  Please contact me if you want additional information. Please look at the pictures; they are certainly a big part of the description. When properly assembled: 1)   Unit sits about 20" tall x 9" wide x 14" deep. 2)   Blade is initiated and runs by pushing "ON" bar. 3)   Blade is turned "OFF" by pushing "PULSE/OFF" bar. 4)   Blade pulses when pushing "PULSE/OFF" sequentially. The main part of the unit is in very good physical condition...no cracks or damage.   The stainless steel handled container is in very good physical condition...no dents. The two blade cutter fits shaft as designed and whirls when unit is activated.  The plastic lid is in fair to good condition.  It is solid enough to mount and make safety contacts.  But, does have a couple of cracks.  The major crack has now been repaired with "lazer" epoxy that strengthens it considerably. The plastic "PULSE/OFF" bar is solid, but has had some high heat damage on the corner. The three (3) circular blades are in excellent condition.  "Slinger" still in package. Electrical cord with 3-Prong Plug is in very good condition. THANKS for your interest!
