Its separate bowl assemblies - one for chopping, one for grinding - give you the tools you need when you need them, without the threat of mixing flavors. Each 3/4 horsepower unit comes complete with a 3/4 qt. see-through work bowl for both the chopping and the grinding assemblies. For fast, efficient chopping of garlic, shallots, and onions, as well as leafy herbs like basil, rosemary, parsley, and thyme, the chopping assembly is designed with a two-blade hub. The chopping bowl on this Waring WCG75 3/4 qt. Pro Prep commercial chopper grinder features a cover with two protected openings for the addition of liquids, oils, and eggs. Use the grinding assembly with a three-blade hub for grinding spices and hard foods, such as Parmesan and Romano cheeses, hard chocolate, nuts, coffee beans, peppercorns, allspice, celery seed, and mustard seed. The grinding bowl cover is completely closed on top so nothing can escape during the grinding process. For easy cleanup, the blades, bowls, and covers on this Waring WCG75 3/4 qt.
