Wisconsin residents must pay sales tax (currently 5%). Shipping Policy No charge for local pickup. Most items are shipped within three business days after payment funds have cleared. All domestic shipping will be by the U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise specified or you request another available service. eBay lists "Parcel Select" (when purchased online) as a shipping option. The USPS calls it “Standard Post” (when purchased at the Post Office). This class of mail was formerly called “Parcel Post”. I typically list the most inexpensive shipping service possible. If an alternate shipping service or faster method is desired, contact me immediately at end of auction. I will try to work with you. If you have special packaging requirements, contact me immediately at end of auction and before paying for the item. I make sure delicate items are well packed but situations sometimes arise (like collectors not as interested in usability of the item as much as preservation its original packaging) that warrant extra precautions. This usually does not incur a surcharge. Shipping via USPS First Class or Media Mail will incur an additional charge of $0.23 cents added to the handling charge to cover the mandatory eBay charge for USPS Tracking™. Tracking information or an electronic delivery confirmation number (if applicable) is automatically provided to you and is included in the shipping cost for all other levels of shipping. Insurance and/or signature confirmation at time of delivery may be required dependent on the nature/cost of the item. See listing description. Buyers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any U.S. territory or possession should expect higher domestic shipping costs than the 48 Contiguous United States. NO P.O. Box or APO/FPO delivery. Shipment to PayPal confirmed addresses only. My responsibility will extend only to shipping the auction item to that address and no others beyond that. Buyer pays actual shipping plus $1 to cover the cost of packaging materials. I try to reuse/recycle/repurpose boxes and packaging materials as much as possible. No free shipping, eBay has been known to modify listings to show free shipping or eliminate handling fees.
