Not dated. Pre-zip codes...probably from the 1950's. Issued by the Waterman-Waterbury Company, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The brochure provides information on the company's line of home furnaces and air conditioners and serves to promote them to customers and potential customers. Informative text is augmented by tables of product specifications and several drawings done in the style of the era. Original. Eight pages, including the covers. The brochure is in good condition. Modest wear to the covers.... Some minor creasing around the edges. Interior pages are clean and free of marks and creasing. Small holes punched at the left margin for insertion to a ringed-binder.
