WATTS 909 LF 4" BACKFLOW PREVENTER WITH THE MANUAL NEW Description: Series 909 Reduced Pressure Zone Assemblies prevent the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the potable water supply due to back siphonage and or backpressure. It consists of FDA approved epoxy coated cast iron body construction with stainless steel trim, bronze ball valve shutoffs, and bronze test cocks. Series 909 features the patented "air-in/water-out" principle for protection during emergency combined back siphonage and backpressure conditions It is ideal for health hazard cross-connections or for containment at the service line entrance. Check with local water authorities for installation requirements. Maximum Working Pressure: 175psi (12.06 bar). Series 909 (21/2" - 10") Reduced pressure backflow preventers • Unique patented “air-in/water-out” design provides high capacity relief valve discharge performance during emergency conditions of back siphonage and backpressure with both checks fouled. • For health hazard cross connections and continuous pressure applications. Specifications • Sizes 21/2" - 10" (65 - 250mm), furnished with resilient seated gate valve shutoffs (Model 909NRS or 909OSY). • Suitable for pressures up to 175 psi (12.1 bars). • Water temperatures up to 110°F (43°C) constant, 140°F (60°C) intermittent. • Fused epoxy coated cast iron check valve body with bronze seats; epoxy coated cast-iron relief valve with stainless steel seat.Posted with eBay Mobile
