This Watts Up .net Power Meter is still in the original Packaging, and has never been used. It is internet enabled and can be accessed via a web server. I have a Watts up Pro as well and its fantastic. Specifications 120 v, 60 Hz, 15 amps Higher ratings of 100-250v, 50/60Hz, and 15 amps require the universal outlet (UO) version.
