A Waukesha 015 Positive Displacement Pump Cart in excellent condition. Serial # 14550 running on 230 volt three phase. New Single mechanical seals with new EPDM (FDA) O-rings. 1.5 inch Tri-Clamp fittings in and out. The pump is smooth with very little play between the shafts and no detectable bearing problems. Test ran for over one hour with no problems at all. This is NOT an R1 or R2 unit therefore can be professionally rebuilt by Waukesha 2 more times. Comes with a Stainless steel motor / gearbox combination. Stainless Motors model E2A3BG, Serial # 940521, 2 HP, 230/460 volt motor. The gearbox is non defined but at 30 hertz the discharge runs around 70 RPM. Comes with a Freqrol inverter, Z024-1.5K, 2HP, 200-230 volt, the inverter is currently set up to run between 0 - 120 hertz. According to Waukesha this pump is capable of .0142 gallons per revolution, maximum normal capacity of up to 9 gallons per minute at 200 PSI (13.8 bar), 700 revolutions per minute maximum. Standard rotors are capable of -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F. Sold by an engineer with over 30 years in the food processing industry. This pump will ship freight only. Please Note: This pump was obviously last used in the pharmaceutical, no one else would build this type of pump. Stainless steel motor and transfer case on a gorgeous stainless cart! The workmanship on this cart is beyond reproach. When I purchased this unit it had something in it therefore I'm stating that it is used. In my opinion it doesn't have much time on it at all. There is some ware on the rotors and some minor scaring in the pump case. Please see the pictures. I purchased others in this lot with very similar results. If you were to try to duplicate this unit today, you would spend well over 20K for it.
