Wavetek Model 288 Function Generator The Wavetek 288 Synthesized Function Generator is a precision source of DC, sine, triangle, and square waveforms with programmable symmetry. The 288 can also generate AM and FM modulation of the fundamental waveform, as well as sweep patterns. It has a frequency range of 0.002 Hz to 20 MHz, and an amplitude range of 2mV to 15 Vp-p into terminated loading (termination selectable), or 30Vp-p unterminated. Outputs feature both balanced and unbalanced modes, making the Wavetek 288 ideal for audio testing. It also features a GPIB / IEE-488 interface for remote control. About this Item This is a used Wavetek 288 in very good condition. The internal self-test and auto-calibration passes and all functions and inputs and outputs have been tested and are working. There are some minor scuff marks and paint scratches on the outside, as shown in the photos. The instruction manual with schematics is provided on CD, as well as a power cord.
