I have no clue how to use one of these meters. So I took it to a local cable company and showed it to a group of cable technicians. After bothering them for a while they showed me how to toggle through the screens. They said they could not be certain it is 100 percent accurate but it appeared to be working fine. Just like the ones they all use. I have no idea what options are on it. Didnt even know to ask. So its priced accordingly. I bought it at an auction along with some audio test equipment I am familiar with. I know these things cost a fortune. I am offering it at the rock bottom price of 400 bucks plus 20 dollars shipping. Only flaw I could find is the battery seems to be missing a locking tab because it does not hold in place. It does hold a charge but I have no idea how long. I would assume it needs a new battery. It comes with the cradel or bezel or whatever its called and the charger. No returns. As is. Thanks for looking
