1931F6E.1.64New WCB Flow Products (a Division of SPX Process Equipment), 2" High Pressure Sanitary Clamps, Part Number 119-271, Series 13MHP.  Each bid quantity is for One (1) Clamp.  You may bid / buy any number, up to the total quantity available above. These were received in a load of salvage freight recently, and they are brand new in the the original factory packaging.  All are sealed, except for the one we opened to take pictures.  Material is 304 Stainless Steel, with Silicone Bronze nuts to prevent galling.  Pressure rating is 900 PSI at 70F and 830 PSI at 250F.  Just the thing for that back yard distillery you've been designing.  These big heavy clamps run close to $40 apiece from online distributors, so get them cheap while they last. According to the manufacturer: 13MHP 2" T304 Strong, cast 304SS clamp with SS hex screws and silicone bronze nuts to prevent galling. Note: Pressure ratings are based on the following parameters: Nominal wall thickness (.065 1.5”-3”, .083 4”), use of elastomer type gasket*, weld ferrules, properly aligned and assembled joints (nuts torqued to 20 ft. lb.) and the absence of water hammer or shock loads. Remember, use the Clamped Union pressure rating above for safe, correct pipeline design. Pressure ratings of the clamp alone are generally higher yet do not take into account the full clamped assembly with gasket. PTFE gaskets are not recommended for use with 13MHP clamps. Consult factory for Solid PTFE and PTFE Envelope Gasket information. Higher pressure ratings for the clamp alone are available upon request.
