        Up for auction is this TESTED working WD800BB-22FJA0 PCB board from a Western Digital 80GB IDE hard drive for use with hard drive repair and/or data recovery. Only bid if you know what you are buying and that this board is completely compatible with the drive you want to swap PCB's with. All the board numbers must match including the brand, size, type, model number, the sticker number and the number on the board including revision (Western Digital, 80GB, IDE, WD800BB-22FJA0, 2061-001130-300 AG, and 2061-001130-012 Rev A). Also, most drives today write drive specific information to the bios chip on the boards and in order for the new PCB to work and repair the failed drive, a bios chip swap is necessary. There are retailers here on eBay that will perform that service for you if you search for them. They may also answer whether or not it needs to be done. A lot, but not all IDE drives did not have bios chips on them, so in some cases the chip swap is not necessary. Do your research before you buy. Because of the delicate nature of a chip swap and high risk of electrostatic discharge during board replacement, all sales are final, without return. Thanks for bidding.
