 Weckworth Industries "New" generation fire shelter made in 2003.  This is the "regular" size shelter.  I have it listed as new since it has never been deployed or worn has been in storage collecting dust and has slight storage wear  . . The clear mylar wrapper is in excellent shape with no "greying" of the shelter or cracks in the wrapper.   The shelter itself is in excellent shape with no rips, tears, or holes. The Outer Plastic Shell is not the original for this Shelter but is the same "Type", In other words the plastic outer shell shows signs of use but this is because its not the original case but it really doesn't matter its only cosmetic.  Perfect deal for someone or some fire department looking for a new fire shelter and not wanting to spend the $350-400 bucks.!  Thanks for looking!  Good luck and be safe out there!
