Hello, This Auction is for a Brand New in Open Box, WedgE Fruit Slicer/Sectionizer and an extra Blade. This WedgE Fruit Sectionizer was acquired at the National Restaurant Association NRA Show in Chicago. WedgE safely, efficiently and consistently cuts fruit into 8 perfect wedges or 16 perfect half wedges. The vertical cut for 8 perfect wedges: place the product upright on the pedestal. The vertical half cut for 16 perfect half wedges: cut the product in half first, then place the two halves on the pedestal.
