This item is a Packline Weigh-Fill machine that works best with 8/12/16 oz gusseted bags. Original sealer was disconnected (but it is still available with the machine) a separate sealer works better and it is now part of this item. This machine works with dry products, such as powders, granules, spices, coffee, etc. It accurately weighs and fills bags ready to seal on the adjacent sealer. The bagging rate is approximately 200 bags per hour. You can see the actual machine at work in these videos: The bags need to be pre-formed before inserting them in the machine, see how you do that here And then, they are inserted in the carrousel for weighing and filling as shown here   Shipping by truck.
