Impeller Statically and dynamically balanced 316 stainless steel. Motor NEMA-6, submersible, air filled, hermetically sealed, Class F insulation. Three-phase voltages are 208-230 or 460. Shaft 316 stainless steel. Motor Shell 316 stainless steel with special integral cooling fins. Seal Chamber 316 stainless steel construction and filled with clean biodegradable oil for continuous mechanical seal lubrication. End Bell 316 stainless steel, hermetically sealed. Elastomers Viton (fluorelastomer) rings for positive sealing are standard. Power and Sensor Cable All models have 25 feet of neoprene jacketed cable as standard. Bearings Permanently lubricated single row, double sealed. Oversized to handle radial and axial loads. Seal - Tandem Two seals. The upper seal operates inside the seal chamber. The upper seal face is carbon against ceramic. The lower seal faces are silicon carbide against silicon carbide. Moisture Sensor Designed to detect water in the seal chamber. Temperature Limiter Located in stator windings to stop motor when internal temperature exceed insulation rating. Automatic reset when motor cools. All pump components are cast not welded 316 stainless steel.
