Weinschel Engineering Double Stub RF Tuner DS-109L 400MHz - 4GHz   Up for sale is a double stub tuner in excellent condition. This is a Weinschel DS-109L tuner specified for the frequency range 400MHz to 4GHz. It can tune for mismatch up to 7:1 SWR in this frequency range. 4 positions are available for the 2 stubs to optimize tuning depending on the frequency. The base has a table that indicates what the best position is. The tuner has close tolerance type N connectors. One male and one female to easily insert this into the circuit to be matched.   Condition The unit is in great shape. All 4 positions work fine with each of the stubs. The stub sliders run smoothly when adjusting the stub length and the locking nuts work properly as well. The N connectors are in excellent condition too. The chart on the base is reprinted and laminated and is clear and legible. I can only do limited testing, but the RF signal seems to be transferred properly with notches at certain frequencies depending on the stub lengths as you would expect.   Shipping and Payment Shipment will be UPS with an option for USPS in case that is cheaper to your area. The unit will be shipped well packed with sufficient bubble wrap padding and fully insured. To further reduce the risk of damage the tuner will be detached from the base and the 2 stubs will be in the locations closest to each other. In the unlikely case that damage occurs during transport we require the buyer to document this properly by immediately taking detailed pictures of the damage of both the item and the shipping box and keep the box for further inspection before a claim can be made. Without submitting these pictures there will not be reimbursement for the damaged shipment.   International buyers are welcome but email me for a shipping quote first before you buy.
