Welch Allyn 2.5V/3.5V Halogen Diagnostic Otoscope Head Features and Benefits Highly durable 3.5V instrument. Manufactured with metal and high-impact ABS material. Designed with reinforced, flush-mounted fiber optics Includes a metal, flush-mounted insufflator port in the design. Simply detach the head for high-intensity throat illumination or penlight. Wide-angle viewing lens allows for instrumentation under magnification. Sealed system allows for pneumatic otoscopy. Note: You are bidding on the otoscope head only. The pictures you see are the exact unit you will be receiving, unless otherwise noted. Please note that these items are open box items and may contain minor flaws, unless otherwise noted in listing. All items have been opened, tested and inspected prior to listing. If accessories are missing it will be noted in listing. Also, packaging may show signs of wear. However, these flaws will not affect the working order of the item you received . All products have been tested functional prior to listing and shipment, unless otherwise noted in listing. SHIPPING Most orders are shipped within 1 business day after payment is received or cleared. Cut-off time is 3pm EST. Items will be shipped from Michigan. Shipping cost is only valid for 48 States. Orders will be shipped with the shipping carrier, of seller's choice. Seller is NOT liable for any International customs duty fees, brokerage fees. In the case of a return, sellers initial shipping costs will be deducted for final refund amount. PAYMENTS Payments must be made through PayPal.
