Welch Allyn 420 Series Vital Signs Patient Monitor. This unit comes with items shown, power adapter, air pressure cuff (small adult), base unit, thermometer probe covers, thermometer probe. The thermometer probe tip is broken. It will not read temperature. Everything else appears to be intact and working properly. Selling as parts only, no returns.
