If there is not a warranty period explicitly stated, the product will not be covered by any warranty. If an issue arises with your purchase please contact MedSurg Equipment to obtain Return Authorization. When contacting MedSurg please reference the invoice number (found in the top right corner of the packing slip or invoice) and serial number (if applicable) of the product. If a Technical Support Agent determines that your product will need repair a shipping label will be provided to you through email and you will be required to pack the defective items according to UPS packing guidelines. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pack all equipment properly to minimize the possibility of damage during shipping. If MedSurg determines that repair is not feasible the purchase price minus shipping costs will be refunded to you.
