Powers on and is fully functional mechanically. Cosmetically there is an issue with one of the clips that holds the fiber optic cable to the head light it has been broken off...this minor issue does not affect the functionality of this exam head light. For details see pictures. Beside that this item is overall in good condition. The photographs are of the actual item for sale and are a good representation of the condition of the unit.
