2 New Full Boxes Plus One Sleeve of Welch Allyn Otoscope Specula Adaptor is required to use. Found in Storage Locker. See Pictures. I will combine shipping if all items purchased within a week or longer if you contact me by email. I will weigh total package weight to determine shipping cost.
