The cords are in excellent shape with no signs of cracks or cuts. The handles work perfect and the finish on them is excellent. Easily mounts to the wall with 4 screws. Power is standard 110v plug. No heads included. Photos show both handles providing power to heads, as well as the functionality of the intensity dial. Power is cut off when handles are placed back in cradle.
