Otherwise, units will operate on 2 AA batteries - units are shown powered by 2 AA batteries - NOT the rechargeable battery packs also pictured. You will receive 1 of the exact sets pictured. Units are used medical surplus and are in good working condition - aside from the rechargeable battery packs as aforementioned.
