New without box Welch Allyn DuraShock DS44-11 (technically, the DS44-11C model, the "C" designating the included black Cordura nylon case) aneroid sphygmomanometer.  I bought this for nursing clinicals, removed it from the box, put the sphygmomanometer inside the case, and never actually used it, as the facility at which I did my nursing clinicals employed a mobile pole-mounted system for patients requiring only intermittent blood pressure monitoring.  This item never left my house and remained in the case on a closet shelf until I found it this morning whilst sorting through winter clothing.  There is no damage to the cuff or case, although the cuff does show fold marks from being in the case.
