Cosmetic scuffs/scratches from handling. Signs of previous use. Handle has some cosmetic scratches. There is a noticeable ding near the top of the handle by the part number. Shaft is in good condition. Functionality/Degree of Testing: The degree & magnifying knobs were responsive. We shined a flashlight through the fiber optic and light was able to pass through. We looked in the eyepiece and saw spots/smudge; we believe that some fiber optic may be broken. We do not have the necessary resources to further test this unit.
