Welch-Allyn Mobile Aneroid Cart Model 7670. Comes with mobile stand and cuff as shown. I have 6 units total. Overall great condition for all the monitors. Stands are in near new condition. Most of dial faces are in excellent shape. Some do have a few scratches from use on the dial face.
