I know the Bottom half of this works because it is interchangeable with the otoscopes I had and those had working bulbs. The contacts for the battery may need to be cleaned a little more. The head I could not test because I don't want to buy the $10 to $20 bulb but I am guessing it is fine because its just a bulb that goes in there. The place where the bulb goes it a bit out of round because I thought it came apart more ant I twisted it a little with a pliers but it should be fine if you get the right bulb. I am not sure about this using a different bulb from the otoscope but I guess it does. Selling it for parts as is, not working. If you think you can use or fix it...
