Shipping and Local Pick Up Policy: Flat rate shipping is for Continental USA (CONUS) only. If you live outside of the Continental US, additional shipping charges will apply, and must be paid prior to shipping your item. Shipping international is through the global shipping program offered by eBay. Shipping cost listed on eBay is to the global shipping center and eBay will charge you any taxes and the international shipping charges. If the item is purchased and paid for before noon (EST), it is typically shipped the same day. Items that weigh over 15.9 oz may require shipping via FedEx, at our option, which will require a street address. For items that are bought as “Local Pick Up”, then all items must be picked up within 10 days of the close of the auction. If the item is not picked up within 10 days, then all monies paid are forfeited and the item is relisted. Return Policy: Any item is returnable if it was not as described between the pictures taken or the included text. Otherwise, all items are sold AS IS. If you choose to return the item because it was misrepresented, you must first contact me through eBay within 3 days of receiving the product. The buyer must return the product within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. The item must be returned in the condition it was shipped in. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If the item is listed as Free Shipping, then the cost to ship it will be deducted from the purchase price and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the above requests are not met the product is not returnable.

On the metal, micro spots of possibly appeared rust are noticeable, this does not look critical. We do not know and do not guarantee if it has all the necessary parts in the kit. We sell it as is.
