Welch Allyn PocketScope Diagnostic Set. We acquired this set from the U.S. Military. It was part of an emergency deployment set and is new and unused but out of the original package. Includes (4) fresh Duracell AA alkaline batteries. I am not familiar with the Model 727 Otoscope Handle and it is similar to the 728 handles but only has On/Off and not variable light intensity.
