This is a new welch allyn sphygmomanometer in the box. It is complete with manual and adult size cuff. Returns are only accepted if the unit does not match the description on eBay, or if the item does not work. We will accept returns for only 14 days. Buyer pays all return shipping fees. Item must be returned in original packaging and the unit must not have been damaged or tampered with. Unit may be subjected to 20% restocking fee.
