Welch Allyn Sure Temp Plus 690 Electronic Digital Thermometer No Temp Probe/Batteries/Cover The item for sale is Partially Tested Item is in Good cosmetic condition (see pictures) Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use. There is a noticeable scratch on the display glass and below the recall button (see pictures #1 and #3). The battery cover and temperature probe are missing (see pictures #1 and #9). All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition. I was able to power on the device using 3 in house AA batteries. The device went through a self test once the batteries were installed. The device memory resets when the batteries are removed so there was no previous temperature for the Recall button to display when I pressed it. The Recall button powered on the device after the batteries were installed. I was able to change the degrees between Fahrenheit and Celsius using the C/F button. The Mode button is untested. I was unable to test the temperature function due to the lack of a temp probe. No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources. The device is sold as is as a partially tested item. No temperature probe, battery cover, batteries, probe covers, or other accessories included.
