This auction is for a stacked set of Reel Quality solid precision billet machined DDX1445 welding cable lead reels with Free Shipping. Superior construction using only precision solid billet machined heavy cross section components made from highly conductive materials allow our DX reels to run much more efficiently and cooler than other reels. We tested two of the top selling live steel reels against ours at an independent lab for resistance and heat rise. We saw a dramatic difference in the test results. Our DX reels always remained cool to the touch. Even when cranking our reels up to 600 Amps for a sustained 15 minutes, the temperature rise was only +22 degrees F. at the slip ring, far less than the steel reels rising 82 to 108 degrees F. at their lower rated 400 Amps for the same 15 minutes.
