You are bidding on a Weller EC2002M ESD Safe 60W Digital Variable Temperature Soldering Station complete with EC1201A 40W ESD Soldering Tool, PH1201ESD ESD Safe Soldering Tool Stand, TC205 Soldering Sponge, and all original printed materials. The EC2002M is a single channel microprocessor controlled digital soldering station. Tip temperature is fully variable between 350°F - 850°F (175°C - 455°C) and is controlled by a single dial and digital LED display. Both the SET and READ (ACTUAL) temperatures are automatically displayed at a resolution of 1°F or 1°C. The station is 100% operational, fully tested and fully calibrated and meets or exceeds manufacturer's original specifications. This system includes a Weller EC1201A 40W ESD Soldering Tool. The EC1201A is ESD Safe and the cord is made from non-burnable silicon rubber. ET Series tips are readily available in over 30 different tip geometries so you can cover a wide range of soldering tasks right away. A Weller PH1201ESD ESD Safe Soldering Tool Stand is included in the package as well as a NEW Weller TC205 Soldering Sponge. The PH1201ESD Iron Stand has 6 Tip Storage Slots for immediate accessibility while you work (3 ET Series Slots and 3 EPH Series Slots) in addition to the TC205 Sponge Tray and Water Reservoir below. If you have no need for the EPH Tip Slots and would prefer 6 ET Series Tip Slots instead, let me know and I will widen the narrow EPH Series Tip Slots to accommodate the larger ET Series Tips. The Weller WCM1 is an external input unit for programming additional functions and calibrating Weller EC2002M soldering stations. The setting is fast and easy. Battery powered supply makes the box independent from any mains and easy to transport. Unit has been fully tested and is in excellent working condition. Settings and functions are listed below. AVAILABLE CONFIGURATION/SETUP OPTIONS LOCKOUT - You may request temperature lockout between 350°F - 850°F (175°C - 455°C) to ensure process control. Once station is locked, the set temperature cannot be changed unless lockout is removed. Station will be set with NO Lockout by default. SETBACK - You may request temperature setback between 1 - 99 minutes to help extend tip life. When setback is enabled, the station will automatically set back (reduce) the tip temperature to 300°F after the specified time period of inactivity. To return to operation after the setback has activated, simply switch the station off and then back on. Station will be set with NO Setback by default. °F /°C - You may request temperature set and display in either °F or °C depending on preference. Station will be set to °F by default. TIP SPECIFIC CALIBRATION - You may request tip specific calibration for superior accuracy using any tip geometry of your choice. Station will be calibrated by default with the EC1201A Iron and ETA Tip Geometry. This calibration setup is suitable and accurate for all compatible irons and tips. However, it must be noted that exact calibration will always vary slightly for each unique iron/tip combination and tip specific calibration is required for maximum possible accuracy. * This is an extremely versatile, fully variable digital soldering system with more than enough power to cover even the most demanding lead-free soldering applications.
